Production Agreement

This agreement outlines the terms and conditions for production, project management, samples, payment, and refund policies between the supplier and the client.

1. Production Lead Time

  • The estimated production lead time is 4 to 8 weeks. A specific timeline will be provided at the start of the project. While any production delays will be communicated promptly, delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.

  • If additional samples are requested, the timeline may be extended accordingly.

  • For custom Pantone color requests, a minimum order of 200 units is required. If the same color is applied across multiple items, lower minimums may be possible, though not guaranteed.

2. Pricing & Additional Costs

The following costs are not included in the wholesale pricing and will be invoiced separately as applicable:

  • Landed Cost (separate from wholesale)

  • Value Added Tax (VAT): 8.1%

  • Import Duties

  • Shipping Fees

3. Project Management Fees

  • An hourly management fee of 150.00 applies for all project coordination services.

  • An upfront project management fee ranging from 300.00 to 1,000.00 is required at the project’s commencement. This fee is non-refundable.

  • Projects over 500 units with multiple designs require an up front management fee of 1000.00*

  • Project management services include:

  • Supplier communications and coordination

  • Product mock-ups

  • Logo placement

  • Hang tag design options may incur additional cost

  • Product Delivery in Zurich

  • Forward Shipping in other regions

  • Website and E-commerce Mock-ups upon request

4. Sample Process & Fees

All sample-related costs are separate from the wholesale order and must be paid in full prior to beginning the sample process.

These include:

  • One-time print file setup cost - Up to 80.00

  • Samples with logo applications - Depending on Supplier up to 100.00

  • Additional Samples may require additional cost

  • Sample shipping fees - TBD

  • Import VAT and duties - 8.1% plus any additional Duties

Important Notes:

  • If the same logo color and garment style are reused, additional samples may not be necessary.

  • If introducing a new color and a physical sample is not reviewed prior to order, the client assumes full risk. Orders based solely on color swatches or digital images are non-refundable.

5. Additional Terms

  • For orders exceeding 1000 units, initial project management fees will be included in the overall order cost.

  • Reorders of identical styles and designs will not incur additional management fees.

  • New designs, variations, or modifications will be subject to standard management and sampling fees.

  • Product photos on ghost form or model shoot can be organized with photographer including creative direction

6. Payment Terms

  • 75% of the total order amount is due upon order placement and initiation of production.

  • The remaining 25% is due prior to delivery.

  • Shipping costs are included in the overall order price.

  • Any additional charges related to import duties, VAT, or related costs will be invoiced separately.

  • Final quality control will be conducted on behalf of the client prior to delivery.

  • Complimentary personal delivery is available within Zürich. Shipping to other locations will incur an additional shipping fee.

7. Refund & Replacement Policy

  • Once the sample process is complete and the production order has been approved and submitted, the order is non-refundable.

  • The client is required to sign a Production Approval Document confirming the final sample and specifications before production begins.

  • If an order is placed without final sample approval (i.e., "site unseen"), and the client is not satisfied with the final product, no refunds will be issued.

  • In the event of manufacturing defects (e.g., logo misplacement, production errors), the supplier will facilitate a replacement or refund for the affected items.

  • Normal wear and tear or washing-related damage is not covered under this policy.
